DZOGCHEN - SOME PURE GOLD FROM NATURAL PERFECTION OF LONGCHEMPA - POST AWAKENING TEACHINGS CLEARLY

1.    Just as dream is a part of sleep,
unreal gossamer in its arising,
so all and everything is pure mind,
never separated from it, (ONE  FABRIC)
and without substance or attribute.

2.    Experience may arise in the mind
but it is neither mind nor anything but mind; (ONE FABRIC)

3.    Just as the objective field is absent in reality,
so “the knower”—in actuality pure mind, (SO KNOWING?)

4.    In the heart-essence that is self-sprung awareness,
the absence of causality closes the abyss of samsara,
the absence of discrimination integrates samsara and nirvana,
and in the absence of glitches and veils the triple world coalesces.

5.    In total presence, the nature of mind that is like the sky,
where there is no duality, no distinction, no gradation,
there is no view nor meditation nor commitment to observe,
no diligent ideal conduct, no pristine awareness to unveil,
no training in the stages and no path to tread,
no subtle level of realization, and no final union. (HAHAHHAHAHA – THE BEST)

6.    In the absence of judgment nothing is “sacred” or “profane,”
only a one-taste matrix, like the Golden Isle;
the self-sprung nature of mind is like the clear sky,
its nature an absence beyond all expression.

7.    The actual essence, pristine rigpa,
cannot be improved upon, so virtue is profitless,
and it cannot be impaired, so vice is harmless;
in its absence of karma there is no ripening of pleasure or pain;
in its absence of judgment, no preference for samsara or nirvana;
in its absence of articulation, it has no dimension;
in its absence of past and future, rebirth is an empty notion:
who is there to transmigrate? and how to wander?
what is karma and how can it mature?
Contemplate the reality that is like the clear sky!

8.    Constantly deconstructing, investigating keenly,
not even the slightest substance can be found;
and in the undivided moment of nondual perception
we abide in the natural state of perfection. (ALL POST AWAKENING )

9.    Absent when scrutinized, absent when ignored,
not even an iota of solid matter is attested;
so all aspects of experience are always absent—
know it as nothing but magical illusion!

10. In total presence, the indeterminate nature of mind,
lies the timeless pristine awareness of nondual perception;
in sheer naked, noncontingent rigpa,
lies the nondiscriminatory holistic seed;
in the holistic transparence of zero-dimensional rigpa,
lies the contemplation of Dharmakaya Samantabhadra;
in essential absence,
the intrinsic rigpa of total presence,
nonreferential,
immaculate contemplation
is shining.

11.The spaciousness within and beyond the atiyoga precepts
 is a complete absence,
nothing whatsoever,
like the sky: in the very moment,
in the natural disposition of pure being,
as the original hyper-space
that we cannot abandon,
the natural state of pure pleasure is spontaneously arisen.

12. So if we aspire to the supreme state of being
we should cast aside all childish games
that fetter and exhaust body, speech, and mind;
and stretching out in inconceivable nonaction,
 in the unstructured matrix,
the actuality of absence,
where the natural perfection of reality lies,
we should gaze at the uncontrived sameness of every experience, (BECAUSE EACH EXPERIENCE CUES THE SAME AWARENESS)
all conditioning and ambition resolved with finality

13.In the yoga of enchanting illusion, the play of rigpa,
empty experience arises
as evanescent, uncrystallizing display, and
convinced of absence in the moment of its inception,
without the least urge to control,
to cultivate or reject,
we remain open, at ease,
carefree, and detached.

14. In the absence of outside and inside,
subject and object,
intrinsic rigpa,
being out of time and space,
supersedes all finite events
that seemingly begin and end;
pure as the sky,
it is without signposts or means of access (Oh! ).
Any specific insight into rigpa is always deluded,
so that any spiritual identity, always delusive, is abandoned;
and
convinced that the space of undifferentiated Samantabhadra
is the all-encompassing super-emptiness of all samsara and nirvana,
the natural state obtains(settles down/rests?) as the reality
without transition or change.
Breaking out of the brittle shell of discursive view
into the hyper-spaciousness
that is nowhere located, (hahahahaha)
in the experience of absence
the crux of the matter is fully disclosed.

15.Once the existential crux of absence is disclosed,
in the rigpa of carefree detachment,
 in nonmeditation,
the nondiscriminatory space
of whatever occurs
is assimilated rigpa
congruent with the nondual super-matrix of mind.
Pure pleasure left alone in vajra-spaciousness
gives uncultivated, spontaneous super-concentration;
with the yogin settled in uncontrived sameness, (because each experience just joins the dots of the continuity of the single fabric of awareness)
it shines forth easily,
a constant,
like a river’s strong current.
Authentic sky-like reality in its utter simplicity,
unchangeable,
admits no gradation,
and its ineluctable all-suffusing spaciousness
has no language to express itself.
Yet insight bursting through,
rigpa self-arising,
uninhibited by his learning,
without any pedantry,
the yogin in whom mental silence
supersedes ideation
gains conviction in signlessness,
without sign or no sign,
and since there is no meditator nor object of meditation,
lethargy and agitation
need not be confronted as foes.

16.Essential absence has already released dualistic perception, (post Awakening I am guessing)
so delusion falls naturally into the matrix of sameness (each experience only cues awareness and not the object perceived/experience)
— we live without interruption in pure being.  (grace!)
Inception and release are simultaneous,
entwining in the single blissful matrix:
whatever arises
appears spontaneously
as its pure nature,
as it abides
it exists spontaneously as its pure nature,
 when it vanishes
it dissolves spontaneously as its pure nature.
 Whatever arises in the reality-matrix,
release is reflexive,
always a play of pure being,
never shifting into anything other,
a timeless vision,
another form of emptiness
— we live in nondiscriminatory essential reality.
Whatever occurs in the mind,
quiescent or proliferating,
as one of the five “poisons”
or any other display of rigpa,
in its peculiarity,
and in that very moment,
it recognizes itself,
fully potentiates,
and vanishes without trace:
the crucial carefree detachment
at the subject/object junction
the crucial self-sprung awareness
as a bird’s traceless trajectory(oh!)
the crucial all-inclusive spaciousness
as a unitary billowing ocean,
and even the crucial focus upon the sublime mystery itself
are assimilated from the beginning
in every experience,
and mere recognition of this crux
is the reality of release.

In the intrinsic dynamic of the super-matrix,
everything the very same
at inception,
in existence,
and upon release,
nothing unequal,
nothing fixed,
nothing unreleased,
total integration in the ultimate pure-mind matrix is assured.
Involuntarily,
in spontaneous rigpa
the free buddha-dynamic
is naturally present,
and the pure mind
that supersedes moral conditioning
is one with unchanging reality.

ON TRANSMISSION - MME DE SALZMANN

From a meeting with Madame de Salzmann

Thursday March 1

Transmission

The concept I have of transmission is of knowledge passed from someone to someone else.  This concept is so strong, or, rather, my belief or unconscious acceptance of it is so strong, that even though a possible new understanding has been glimpsed it cannot be altered without very strongly experienced proof.  If transmission were a sort of exchange of substances along a route or channel existing between the one transmitting and the one transmitted to, it would mean that something would flow in two opposite directions. If real change of understanding is possible it would mean that the level of both the giver and receiver would change, the receiver giving and the giver receiving.

To begin with, if I am in the position of transmitter, a change is needed in my state.  If I am searching for a more active attention, freer to listen, freer from associations connected with and my reactions to what I hear, there could be a greater freedom to explore the question with the questioner—to go into it more deeply with him, without being caught in it from outside, as it were.  If my attention is more actively engaged there could be a participation in the whole exchange that would permit the exchange to flow in two directions, and activate the ‘hearer’ in both the giver and the receiver.

If this active attention is not being searched for, if I hear the question passively with my ordinary attention, I will reply passively and nothing can be transmitted, no matter how clever my words or how strong my emotional force. Instead of a new quality of attention and receptivity, permitting the flow of new knowledge both ways, there is a one-sided relationship of dependence, already existing and now strengthened.  Instead of an increase in activity and freedom, a mutually harmful attitude of dependence is more and more fixed.

GRACE AND TRUEST WORDS OF THE MOST SUBLTE - DZOGCHEN : THE GREAT GARUDA IN FLIGHT - SUPREME SOURCE

The Great Garuda in Flight

Then, in order to grant the possibility of keeping the mind in its natural condition, the supreme source, pure and total consciousness, taught this fundamental lung, the origin of the teachings beyond action:

Listen, Great Sattvavajra! Just like space, the state of non-action cannot be localized. The path of Dharma of absence of thought, without abode or support, derives from a subde desire tied to intention. However, such conceptual meditation does not at all touch dharmakaya because self-arising wisdom is the absence of thought naturally present in everything.

Thus, self-arising wisdom is the true non-discursive state, the natural condition present in everything. It does not get attached to the notion of non-action as if it were an object, nor does it need antidotes in order to be corrected.

Even if one were to seek the fundamental essence through [the twelve links of] interdependence, the non-discursive state has no form, thus one accedes to it only by remaining without concepts. As the essence manifests naturally, only this can be dharmakaya.

It is beyond all the possible parts or divisions of the atom From this non-conceptualizable state, the wisdom of qualities spontaneously arises: this is the essence of total openness in which the discursive state is directly present.
Whoever enters this pure path achieves supreme equality.

As this state is unchanging and not subject to transformation, there is no room for attachment. Likewise, as no object exists, there is no room for the mind. Those who get stuck in the desire for a concrete achievement always meditate on a cause, but the state of equality does not derive from the pleasure of attachment to such meditation. (but resting in being?- blogger)

As the single dimension [of pure and total consciousness] is all pervading, there is nothing to add. As [self-arising wisdom] is without limits, there is nothing to take away from the ultimate dimension of phenomena.

The manifestation of the ultimate nature does not give rise to any special exaltation: everything naturally abides in the state of total wisdom There is no marvellous object to see: the [nature] cannot be seen or heard and transcends all definitions.

What is deemed 'Dharma" and what is deemed "non-Dharma" are always joined: an absolute reality to be considered a higher dimension does not exist. Judging the path of enlightenment in terms of illusion and non-illusion one achieves nothing. Self-arising wisdom transcends the limits of words. In the condition of primordial expansion of the totality of one's state thoughts arise as if they were a shadow. It is not non-exisent insofar as this non-existence has a core that manifests. It is not empty insofar as this emptiness has its own dimension. When one remembers the nature of the sky, even without wishing for it, one obtains the happiness beyond action and already present from the beginning.
It is not an object to conceptualize, but from [this condition] wisdom manifests. Some sages of the past, fixing their minds with attachment [to their object of meditation], have been caught up in the torments of effort and engagement.
Omniscience arises only when one enters the path of the essence; when one conceptualizes the condition "as it is," meditation becomes conceptual

Desiring bliss is the disease of attachment: unless one cures it with the efficacious medicine of unmovable equanimity, then even the causes of rebirth in the higher states get stained by the passions.

The perilous disease of those who adopt as their path what is not a path, drives them to want to reach a goal, just like deer pursuing a mirage. However they will never find their goal, not even by seeking it throughout the three worlds. In fact, even though in this way one might reach the level of one of the ten bhumis, the essence of enlightenment remains hindered.

Instantaneous wisdom beyond all thoughts is like a precious jewel that comes from all the teachers. It cannot be objectified and without needing to change, by its very nature, it completely satisfies all wishes. Examining it, one does not find anything, but leaving it as it is it is the source of all qualities. It does not appear visibly yet it displays itself in all the aspects of manifestation. Whoever is able to teach without the dualism of self and other is a precious treasure because he or she teaches selflessly and compassionately the universal object of realization.

It does not move from within, yet there is nothing to seek within. It is not an object to which to get attached or on which to fix one's aspiration. In the state beyond entering and leaving there is no need to act [intentionally] for the benefit of beings through selflessness and compassion: everything takes place naturally.

Wishing for happiness, one moves away from it because happiness is already present, and seeking it is like happiness seeking itself. Not recognizing the essence of enlightenment, one aims for an outer object to confirm.
However, following this direction one does not see enlightenment.

As in reality no "enlightenment" exists [as a separate phenomenon], nor does its name exist; displaying enlightenment and designating it with this name are errors. Hoping to achieve enlightenment from outside is the wrong  path. [In the true nature] no form, not even an atom, exists of all phenomena that appear.
It is already perfect, beyond attachment, serene, immaterial, and not confined in a form: the nature of the great nectar cannot be grasped by concepts.

Immense, great, total existence, antidote for those who adhere to the lesser vehicles!
However one should not get stuck on the concept of "great" because [the nature] transcends the concepts of great  and small The words of the scriptures and their commentaries tied to concepts are like the drawings of a conjurer.
The darkness of the wisdom of entering and leaving [does not] allow the birth [of true wisdom]. This is the supreme vehicle.

This nature, which leaves everything and holds everything, is beyond desire and grasping. It does not give birth to even a grain of complacency. Like a gamda in flight, it has no worries; it is not afraid of losing anything nor does it wish to accept anything.

That which from the beginning is like the ocean, gives life to the variety of phenomena. Qualities are infinite as  space and have no specific place whence they spring forth. As soon as [one understands] the essence of enlightenment, supreme contemplation manifests. Vision becomes like a vast sea, and the non-discursive state as immense as the sky. The sphere of experience of Samantabhadra is unborn and unchanging.

The twelve causal links [of interdependence] are explanations created for the benefit of the deluded: let the wise know this! Even though the six classes of beings appear, they are nothing but the primordial path! If enjoyments are anointed by compassion, in any object of pleasure one enjoys the essence of enlightenment. Butchers, prostitutes, those guilty of the five most heinous crimes, outcasts, the underprivileged: all are utterly the substance of existence and nothing other than total bliss.
All phenomena being such, this is the true nature of existence. Thinking that reality can seek itself, that the sky can seek itself or that an "outer" reality can exist is as useless as attempting to put out fire with fire.
This essence of the non-discursive state is not hidden in anybody's mind. For those who experience the essence of enlightenment beyond action, it becomes naturally present in all circumstances.

POST AWAKENING MOST IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FROM CONSCIOUSNESS !

The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that this is not the end of the road. Its the first step of an awakened authentic life.  While the belief in a separate and real "you" may be gone, chances are, a big part of the ego-based  structure built on top of that belief is still in place.

How big, only you can know.

It is likely that at some point doubts will come up, reactions that may  be considered "not  useful" and possibly (deep) negativity will arise.

The important thing here is that all these things used to cling to, and be fuelled though, the idea of the self (personality), which is now seen as an illusion.

So whenever thoughts or emotions come up that are judged to be negative, dont avoid, dont fight, dont argue.  Just stay with them, and watch them happen and unfold.

ITS NOT PERSONAL, SO IT HAS NO WHERE TO STICK TO.

This kind of clean up is obviously not a pleasant process but you're likely to realise that it actually works.
All you have to do is to take your hands off the steering wheel and let things burn when they are set on fire !

(from the APP "Englightening Quotes" - After Gate )

How can one even express gratitude at such an insight ? And then the pointing that "Once you are in the orbit of the sun and free from the orbit of the moon then it will pull you very rapidly to itself"

Reminders

From the Six Vajra Verses

The nature of phenomena is non dual

But each one, in its own state,
is beyond the limits of the mind

But there is no concept that can define
the condition of "what is"

But vision nevertheless manifests;
all is good

Everything has already been accomplished
and so, having overcome the sickness of effort

one finds oneself in the self-perfected state
this is contemplation

Reminders again

Now its only reminders. Each day brings in the friction that evidences traces of the person and the seeing allows its dissolving. Today it feels so special to write this. The journey has been so long yet what was Real was always there waiting - as if the process of search itself eluded it.

Here's today very special reminder from Ekhardt Tolle that embraced my being.

Many people do not realize until they are on the death bed, and everything external falls away, that nothing ever had anything to do with who they are

In the proximity of death, the whole concept of ownership stand revealed as ultimately meaningless.

In the last moments of their life they then also realize that, while they were looking throughout their lives, for a more complete sense of their self,  what they were really looking for, their Being, had actually always been there, but had been largely obscured by their identification with things, which ultimately means identification with their minds.

***Reminder 2

"Impermanence is a principle of harmony. When we dont struggle with it, we are in harmony with reality."

REMINDERS

“We are here to awaken from our illusion of separatedness” - Thích Nhất Hạnh

Remain as what remains – Mooji (https://youtu.be/2TD33MBj88o)

Lord Krishna says, “To regard me as the one Present in all beings, to look upon all beings as Myself in thought, word and deed is, I think, the best of all methods of worship. O dear one, whosoever devotes himself to My worship and service without expectation of reward, will never go wrong or lose the benefit of any portion of his service. Not even a little of the labor in my righteous course, even a beginning of it, would be lost. There is not the least chance of fear in the Bhagavata path. Even what is otherwise fruitless, becomes a dharma when it is unselfishly offered to me. So, it has been ordained by Me because it is unaffected by gunas, it is free from desire. It is a law of righteousness that the discharge of duty without expectation of reward must lead to good.” For those who listen and follow, this is an invitation for further communion. The call is incessant. One can hear it when he wills. – Bhagavad Gita

"The more you know yourself, the more clarity there is. Self knowledge has no end. You dont come to an achievement. You dont come to a conclusion. It is an endless river." - Krishnamurti

Never assume that you have attained truth. Don't make any claim to knowledge. Form no conclusion or evaluation concerning truth. The minute you do, your downfall is assured. Whenever you imagine you know something, you cease being open to the living exploration. You have closed a door and cut off the oxygen to the breathing truth - Mooji

I AM HERE BUT NOT IN PERSON – MOOJI JI

It is true that we can never see ourself as a thing, or as an object of awareness. And we certainly cannot ever see awareness; we cannot see our own seeing. But there is a mysterious and profound way in which our true nature recognizes itself -- not as something “out there” that we can see or relate to, but as the totality itself recognizing itself. – Awakening to Reality – Adyashanti (https://www.facebook.com/Awakening-to-Reality-106309876205735/)

YOU KNOW YOU ARE
BUT WHAT YOU ARE YOU CANNOT TOUCH

AND YET IT IS THE MOST REAL THING
IT ALONE REMAINS UNCHANGING COMPLETE
IT GIVES LIFE TO LIFE
AND LIFE TAKES CARE OF LIFE
JUST BE ONE WITH IT (STAY IN THE I AM)

IT WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO LOVE IT
TO APPRECIATE IT. TO RECOGNISE IT.
A KIND OF A NON-PHENOMENAL RECOGNITITION

YOU ARE STANDING AT THE PLACE OF I AM-ness ITSELF
AND AT THE HEART OF THE I AM IS THE ABSOLUTE

WITH YOUR INTUITIVE MIND YOU ARE ALREADY ON YOUR WAY
YOU ARE ALREADY IN THE HEART OF BEING

BE LIFE
AND IT WILL REVEAL ITS MYSTERIES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR CAPACITY
OR WITH ITS WISHES..WHICH IS NO OTHER THAN YOU
GRADUALLY THIS SENSE OF THE INDEPENDANT YOU
WHO SEEM TO HOLD A SENSE OF SEPARATEDNESS FROM THE TOTALITY
THAT INDEPENDANT SENSE OF YOU WILL GRADUALLY MERGE
IN THE TOTALITY
THIS MERGING IN THE TOTALITY IS STILL IN THE DREAM
BUT IT HAS TO HAPPEN
BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY THE ONE
IT MANIFESTS AS BILLIONS AND TRILLIONS
YOUR PART IS TO SURRENDER TO IT. TO WELCOME IT
THE SAME ONE WHO ABSORBED ME IS ABSORBING YOU

(ONCE YOU GET A TASTE OF THIS YOU DONT WANT ANYTHING ELSE.)

-       Mooji
(same as above "The more you know yourself, the more clarity there is. Self knowledge has no end. You dont come to an achievement. You dont come to a conclusion. It is an endless river." – Krishnamurti)

I AM NOTHING IS A MORE PROFOUND REALISATION THAN EVERYTHING IS ONE (my big problem..whew thank you Mooji ) NOTHINGNESS IS CONSTANT BUT SOMETHING NESS IS CHANGING..THAT IS WHY (how wonderfully explained ! and such a relief..so just to stay in the I AM ..which in any case is my natural state so I have to just be not do) HE THEN SAYS…THIS I AM NESS TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING…ONE’S EFFORTLESS BEING MARINATING IN ITSELF.

Be an adventurer
Deeply investigate, consider and attempt to live the Way of Freedom.
Be not like the masses, but take the risk in this, your only life while relinquishing your attachment to life and all that supports it.
God will Lead you, Sustain you, Purify and Change you along with Way of Freedom until only He remains.
The Way requires Life, but is always Freedom in the very midst of Existence.

..”what I came to in my meditation and study is that when enlightened or even partially enlightened, the ideal pattern is for us to rest in pure awareness aka silent alert mind. From this luminous silence something emerges that is called by Krishnamurti and Buddhism, the "first thought", if we watch this thought without clinging and resistance, this "seed" will develop naturally, lead to a feeling intuition and then supportive actions in the world, and when complete return and dissolve back into luminous silence. This is the "creative wave" of an enlightened being and it will be what heals the world when enough of us wake up and live this way - William

CLINGING
All Clinging shuts – out God. The very attempt to Cling to God shuts out the very God one is trying to cling to. ALLOW GOD.

I am not a cow, or thistles for camels
to browse on. People who insult me
are only polishing the mirror – Rumi

"Pain is the hammer of the gods to break
A dead resistance in the mortal's heart,
His slow inertia as of living stone."
-          Aurobindo

He who would save the race must share its pain – Aurobindo

One who knows Purusha and Prakriti together with their qualities, in whatever state one exists, will not be born again.

Only the Self can see the Self

In trying to perform any action effectively, I distinguish two kinds
of sensation—one with tension in which the energy is stopped, and
another without tension in which the energy is liberated – Mme De Salzmann
In engaging in an action, what I am seeking is not to perfect my
performance but to become effective through my being. The true relation
between my being and the aim depends on carrying out the action
without the participation of the ego. To discover this has great importance.
Then I need to find a feeling of unity that is not destroyed by the
agitation of my ego. I have to come to the point where there is no more
tension, no separation between me and the aim, where my ego no longer
wants to be recognized. – Mme De Salzmann (Self operating direct..yet each time this does not happen I stay and then the Self deepens)

EXPERIENCE THE ENERGY OF THE THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS.
·         Enjoying sexual pleasures is like taking a sweetened ball of poison. Nothing covers the Self as much as this. The more this desire fades away, the thinner will be the cover.
·         Men consider sexual instinct as bad in its gross manifestation. Decrying it in this way is not going deep enough, for they still enjoy the inclination inwardly. As long as this state of mind continues sexual impulse will not be checked. To understand that there is no real pleasure in it is the correct understanding.
·         The thought of death brings about renunciation. For an aspirant the thought of death is a means of advancement
-          Brahmajna Ma

Free Will is sacred. Free choice is at the heart of who and what we are. (William) (clue to right action)
Sri M precautions for one in the path.

Sometimes I meet beings who say they have realised the Self. They believe or claim that they know and understand the Truth. They say they sense it, feel it and are convinced it is what they are and so on. However, it is often sensed here that the mind takes delivery for this understanding and purchases further life as the egoic ‘achiever’ of ultimate Truth. Consequently, the realisation does not get baptised in the Heart and a real chance of freedom gradually fades away. Therefore, such beings can retain their sense of personhood, unknowingly. Some even edit my words to fit in with their personal inclinations, projections and spiritual fantasies, but I want to burn all of this to the ground so that they attain true freedom. What we speak about here is authentic transcendence, you see? One has to overcome the hypnosis of personal conditioning. They have to be free from the psychological influence of the mind. I don’t mean that you should ‘stop’ your mind but rather, focus on the witness of mind. Therefore, it has to be an authentic transcendence, not a Hollywood awakening.Sometimes I say I don’t want or feel for your company. You indulge too much mental and psychological noise. There are too many relationships going on inside your mind. Your representations of yourself mentally, emotionally, psychically are not authentic expressions of the Self. Such a localised identity is not enough at this level of understanding, insight or, we could say, Self-knowledge.So what has to happen? You have to be That. How are you going to be That? The ‘you’ who you take yourself to be cannot be That. Being That is not a verb, an action you will take. It is an awakening, a recognition so profound that it changes your mind’s orientation immediately and irreversibly. As real understanding takes over, it will be a life changing experience. It is as though I am telling you to do something,’ as ego, cannot do.Your mind cannot do it, but it is required of you to recognise, acknowledge and be That which you are.You have to be open to expose what is not in service to your true nature. It is the highest aspect of my work, guidance or teaching and it is more like an energetic correspondence, not only a verbal one. Let the untrue be exposed and thoroughly burned. Sometimes the way into that completeness, that recognition, is that whatever is untrue is rejected as it is recognised as false, either by you or by me. And you may be thinking, ‘Oh my god, I really thought I was getting somewhere! This is so discouraging’…and so your world feels like it is turned upside down. Do not be disheartened; instead keep an attitude of gratitude. It is your good fortune that your ‘world’ is being crushed. I myself don’t have a world. Let yours be upside down so that what is true in you can reveal itself and begin unfolding in its authentic expression as true life and being. Grace is helping you in every way. Trust it. Say, ‘Yes, I am here, remove this sense of separation, this arrogance of separateness and merge me in you, oh God, oh Universe Being, Self, Truth, Life. Don’t give me any technique. Absorb me. Replace me with You.’ And finally: Trust your master.

 Mooji

When we fix the attention inside the Heart, inside the Self, we don’t have to keep taking the temperature of the ego

Because automatically it’s like a slow release tablet and it’s just continuing to do its work of removing and cleaning out that house of Being

Because your faithfulness and loyalty is to the Truth, so something is working on your behalf whether you are actively doing it or not, it’s just cleaning

It’s like your medicine, you take it, and whether you forget about it or not, it’s inside doing its work

Same understanding, once you’re there, it never leaves you, this love never leaves you, then it continues to do its work inside

You find that you’re getting much more attentive, much more sensitive, more in the moment with things, it’s not so easy to deceive your mind anymore, it’s taken out

That is the day, that is a true day

It’s happening already, you’re not at the beginning...

- Beloved Master, Sri Moojibaba

Meister Ekhardt
…Yet in that ground is the silent 'middle': here nothing but
rest and celebration for this birth, this act, that God the Father may
speak His word there, for this part is by nature receptive to nothing
save only the divine essence, without mediation. Here God enters
the soul with His all, not merely with a part. God enters here the
ground of the soul. None can touch the ground of the soul but God
alone.
