Post Work Period Tasks Sept 2014 to Feb 2015

Work period Task from Sept to Feb

1.       Body – to improve the tempo of the body

a.       Get back to running and work out.
b.      Push ups types and yoga for centering mind

2.       Practice
a.       Physical : Sensitivity of the internal analogues of the senses so that I can sense the humidity and the temperature change and the touch of the breath in the body.  So, where does the breath go after it enters the nostrils?  That contemplative awareness produces Hanbledzoin.

b.      Psychological/Mind :  
1.       To watch Inner Considering
2.       To watch my inner states when people oppose my view point- body and mind

3.       Movements Intensive.
